چکیده
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), has rapidly become a global health emergency. In addition to causing effects, SARS-CoV-2 can result in cardiac involvement leading myocardial damage, which is increasingly being explored the literature. Myocardial injury an important pathogenic feature of COVID-19. The angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 receptor plays key role pathogenesis virus, serving as “bridge” allowing invade body. However, exact mechanism underlying how causes remains unclear. This review summarizes main possible mechanisms patients with COVID-19, including direct cell injury, microvascular dysfunction, cytokine responses and systemic inflammation, hypoxemia, stress responses, drug-induced injury. Understanding would aid proper identification treatment

The outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS ‐ CoV-2) in December 2019 has led to the epidemic of Covid-19. Recent clinical studies have shown that parts of the nervous system; Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) are involved in SARS-CoV-2 infection, which is associated with a variety of neurological manifestations such as headache, dizziness, and olfactory and gustatory disorders. This study ...
متن کاملIntrauterine Vertical Transmission of SARS COV2 Infection in Iranian Neonates
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2) is responsible for COVID-19 disease that is transmitted from human to human via respiratory droplets and contact routes. There is no clear accurate evidence about intrauterine transmission of COVID-19 infection among newborns. Case present :The present report aims at provid ing accurate and clear information about a one-day singleton...
متن کاملMechanisms of neutrophil-mediated injury.
The interaction of neutrophils with endothelial cells results in damage or killing of the latter. This outcome requires alteration of the endothelial cells such thatadhesive interactions betweenncutrophils and endothelia! cells are enhanced. In addition, neutrophil stimulation must also occur. To date, the most important adhesion promoting molecules appear to involve either P-selectiii or E-sel...
متن کاملEvaluation of expression and titration of recombinant nucleocapsid protein as an immunogenic candidate against SARS-CoV2
Introduction: Covid-19 epidemic results from an infection caused by SARS-CoV2. Evolution-based analyses on the nucleotide sequences show that SARS-CoV2 is a member of the genus Beta-coronaviruses and its genome consists of a single-stranded RNA, encoding 16 proteins. Among the structural proteins, the nucleocapsid is the most abundant protein in virus structure, highly immunogenic, with sequenc...
متن کاملIntroducing a New SYBR green Real-time PCR for Detection of SARS-CoV2 Virus Genome
Background and purpose: There are various methods for molecular detection of SARS-CoV2 genome among which, PCR-based methods are the most reliable for making diagnosis. The majority of approved PCR kits for detection of Coronavirus are based on TaqMan real-time PCR which is expensive due to incorporating fluorescent and quencher-harboring probe. The aim of this study was to design a simple and ...
